1. Who you are buying from

The shop and the fan-club memberships on this website are operated by the club whose full legal name, address, identification code, telephone number and e-mail address are printed at the bottom of every page of this section. Please use that telephone number or e-mail for any question about a payment you have made.

2. What we sell

Club merchandise (replica kits, training wear, accessories) and fan-club memberships. Every product page states the full description, the available sizes and the price in Georgian lari (GEL), including all taxes. Fan-club memberships are digital: they are activated immediately after payment and give the benefits listed on the fan-club page for the period stated there.

3. Placing an order

1. Add the items to the cart and open the checkout page.
2. Enter the delivery details. For card payments we must collect the cardholder's name, address and telephone number.
3. The checkout page shows the full amount in GEL, including delivery, BEFORE you press the payment button.
4. Confirm that you accept these Terms, the Privacy policy, the Return and refund policy and the Delivery policy.
5. Complete the payment. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the order number.

4. Payment policy

• Payments are processed by our licensed payment service provider on its own secure page. The club never sees, receives or stores your card number, expiry date or CVV.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. The card scheme and provider logos are displayed unmodified at the checkout.
• All prices and charges are in Georgian lari (GEL). We add no surcharge for paying by card.
• The amount is shown in full before the payment is confirmed, and the same amount appears on your card statement.
• There is no minimum or maximum order value.
• If a payment fails or is declined, the order stays unpaid and you may try again; no money is taken for a failed attempt.

5. Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched: write to the e-mail address at the bottom of this page and quote the order number. Once the order has been dispatched, the Return and refund policy applies. Fan-club memberships can be cancelled before they are activated; see the Return and refund policy for what happens after activation.

6. Legislative compliance

The club operates under the law of Georgia and complies with the legislation applicable to distance selling, consumer protection, taxation, anti-money-laundering and the personal-data rules described in the Privacy policy. Card payments are handled in line with the rules of the international card schemes and the PCI DSS requirements of our payment service provider. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly is settled by the courts of Georgia.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the version published on this page at the moment of your order is the version that applies to it. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
