How do I buy a ticket?

When ticket sales are open, a Buy Tickets button appears in the header and on the match cards; it opens the ticket shop. While no ticket sale is running the button is hidden.

How do I join the fan club?

Create an account — you immediately receive a free membership and a Fan ID. A paid tier can be chosen on the fan-club page; the benefits and the price of each tier are listed there.

Which cards can I pay with?

Visa and Mastercard, in Georgian lari. See the Terms and Conditions for the full payment policy.

Is my card safe?

Yes. You type your card details only on the payment provider's certified page; the club never sees or stores them. See the Privacy policy, section “Transaction security policy”.

How long does delivery take?

1–2 business days in Tkibuli and Kutaisi, 2–5 elsewhere in Georgia. See the Delivery page.

Can I return a printed shirt?

Only if it is faulty or printed wrongly — a personalised item is made for you. See the Return and refund policy.
