Return and Refund Policy

1. Your right to return

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Write to the e-mail address at the bottom of this page with the order number and the reason before sending anything back.

2. What cannot be returned

• Personalised items — a shirt printed with a name and/or number is made for you and cannot be resold, so it can only be returned if it is faulty or we printed it wrong.
• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
• Fan-club memberships once the membership period has started and the benefits have been used.

3. Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 14 days. We pay the return shipping and either replace the item or refund it in full, as you prefer.

4. How the refund is paid

A refund is always returned to the card or account that paid for the order — we cannot pay it to a different card, in cash, or as credit unless you agree to a voucher. We start the refund within 3 business days of accepting the return; how long it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days.

5. Return shipping

For a change of mind the customer pays the return shipping. For a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item the club pays it.
