1. Where we deliver

Anywhere in Georgia, by courier. We do not ship abroad yet.

2. How long it takes

• Tkibuli and Kutaisi: 1–2 business days.
• Rest of Georgia: 2–5 business days.
• Personalised (printed) items: add 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.
• Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

3. What it costs

The exact delivery charge for your address is shown at the checkout, before the payment button, and is included in the total you confirm. Collection from the club shop is free.

4. Handover

The courier hands the parcel over against a transfer-and-acceptance record stating the name of the person receiving it, signed by both sides. Please check the parcel in the courier's presence; if it is damaged, note it on the record and contact us the same day.

5. Exceptions

• We cannot deliver to a post-office box.
• If nobody is at the address, the courier makes a second attempt; after that the parcel returns to us and we contact you.
• Delays caused by weather, strikes or the courier's own failures are outside our control, but we will always tell you where your order is.

6. Digital products

Fan-club memberships are delivered electronically: the membership is activated and the confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after a successful payment. No courier is involved.
